DEFINITION

People with Flat Feet have a very flexible foot, with an arch that sits very low to the ground. This foot has a tendancy for over-pronation, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and bunions.

Low arches are very quickly solved with the use of a quality orthotic. However, it is important to allow the foot time to adapt to the introduction of a foot support.
